DELIVERY AND RETURN
Each of your orders is produced specifically for you. We ship your orders precisely from the UK or from our warehouses in different countries depending on stock availability, and our standard shipping process ensures that your order reaches you within 15-20 business days. We deliver every weekday (5 business days a week).
Due to the nature of your special production orders, order cancellation or refund is not possible prior to delivery. However, after your order has been delivered, if you want to return it for any reason, you can do this free of charge within 14 business days from the delivery date.
Please note that our imported products are not returned and are destroyed if they are not received. For this reason, it is not possible to return undelivered products. During the return process, shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
